If they’re not ready to admit to others what they do, if they’re ashamed to do it, then they will never become successful cam models. Once they come out of the box, their focus will be on their career and nothing will stop them achieve greatness.

With every job you get, with every business you want to have, you always work your way up. No one was born a manager or a CEO, everyone worked hard to achieve their goals. So why does camming have to be different? It isn’t. You won’t make millions overnight, you have to work hard to make your dreams come true.

Every successful cam model will tell you that in their first 3-5 months their income wasn’t that great. But their focus wasn’t on money, but on making a name for themselves. Having that fan base, being known, making a name for yourself is how you will have great success.

The second step is to be consistent with your hours online. Pick a time frame, be it day or night, and stay logged in a minimum of 8h/day, 5 days a week. If you keep up with a schedule, your profile will be seen on the first pages of the site, which means more members online in your chat room. In the first few months, your main focus should be attracting as many members as you can and create your fan base. Once you do that, your members will become regulars and you will start making money.

The third step is to improve yourself. Improve your English skills, learn how to talk to members, how to attract them, learn what your strong points are and focus on them, learn what your weak points are and correct them. Don’t focus on how much money you’ve made so far, focus on what to improve, work on growing as a person, as a cam model, and a businesswoman. Because that’s what you are. A cam model is a businesswoman, promoting, improving, taking care of their “company” which is their camming career.

Last and the most important step is not to lose focus. Once you get there, once you start making money, once you have a name for yourself, don’t throw it all away by thinking you’re the best and nothing can touch you. There will always be someone that’s better than you, smarter than you, sexier than you. You still need to improve yourself, you still need to keep up the good work, be consistent with your hours online, keep in touch with your members. They will always find someone else to go to, so you need to find different ways to keep them by your side or attract others. In the camming business, there’s always room to grow, no matter how old you are in this line of work. We never stop learning in our day-to-day lives and this applies to your cam girl life as well.

Every top cam model had a journey to become successful. They realized that they need patience, hard work and determination to achieve their dream. But their dream wasn’t about making lots of money, it was about building a career for themselves.
